Instruction - Full Emissions Removal 

A trip to Cardiff for this machine, stuck in final derate with a number of ongoing Emission related issues. We attended and carried out a Full Emissions removal, which isn't a straight forward task on these Volvos. It involves software Modifications of the Engine ECU & Aftertreatment ACM. 

While the software modifications were being made our resident HGV Technician proceeded to remove and hollow out the DPF.
