Vehicle - 2014 Land Rover Defender TD4 Location - Gower (Swansea) Instruction - Performance Tune Back down the Gower to one of our regular customers, no Tractor or machine this time, but a work horse none the less. These defenders are very flat and restricted from factory, but after some time with us we certainly made a fantastic difference. Vehicle - 2020 Peugeot Boxer 2.0HDI Location - Llanelli Instruction - Adblue Solution A very common type of vehicle, which we come across on a weekly basis. We carry out numerous repairs and solutions on these vehicles. On this occasion this customer requested one of our adblue solutions after the dreaded non start count down became active. Vehicle - Massey Ferguson 5709 Location - Gower (Swansea) Instruction - Performance Tune + Adblue Removal A Local Job for us down the Gower, this customer had on going issues with Adblue on this little 3 cylinder MF. The customer also wanted some extra power along with the removal of the Adblue system. We can provide a number of different tuning options for Tractors, on this occasion the customer requested a calibration from Avon Tuning, which being an authorized agent we were able to supply.
Vehicle - Volvo Excavator (EC140EL) Location - Cardiff Instruction - Full Emissions Removal A trip to Cardiff for this machine, stuck in final derate with a number of ongoing Emission related issues. We attended and carried out a Full Emissions removal, which isn't a straight forward task on these Volvos. It involves software Modifications of the Engine ECU & Aftertreatment ACM. While the software modifications were being made our resident HGV Technician proceeded to remove and hollow out the DPF. Unlike a lot of other companies we can provide the Complete software and hardware modifications as a mobile service, at your work site.
Vehicle - 2024 Ford Ranger 3.0TDI Location - Swansea Instruction - Performance Tune A recently Released protocol, which allows us to Tune these 3.0 diesel rangers straight out of the factory! This customer was keen to improve on the performance of his Truck, and the results didn't disappoint!
Vehicle - 2015 Mercedes SLK Location - Llanelli Instruction - ADBLUE Solution This Mercedes has the dreaded adblue count down active, despite topping up the adblue and carrying out the reset procedure this Mercedes still had problems. After taking a look at the live data we could see that the adblue level wasn't changing (defective level sensor) so the customer opted for one of our adblue solutions.
