Vehicle - 2016 DAF XF 510 Location - Swansea Instruction - Performance Tune A regular local customer for us, wanting to see how much his new truck was actually capable of. For this DAF we had to remove the ECU in order to load our performance calibration. The difference in the torque of this truck was Night & Day, and a much more smoother take up of power.

Vehicle - 2014 JCB Fastrac Location - Merthyr Instruction - Tune + Adblue After seeing us on one of our social media platforms this contractor reached out to us to see if we could help him with his Fastrac. We applied one of our Proven Adblue Solutions along with one of our Performance Tunes. Back out working within a few hours!

Vehicle - 2018 New Holland T7 270 Location - St Clears Instruction - Tune + Adblue A Trip to West Wales to help this young farmer with his T7 . Suffering with persistent Adblue issues, which caused the tractor to go into derate. We Applied one of our proven Adblue fixes along with a Performance Tune. Giving this T7 improved reliability and plenty of extra power!

Vehicle - 2018 John Deere 6130M Location - Carmarthenshire Instruction - Tune + Adblue After a recommendation from a neighbouring farmer this contractor asked us if we could get some extra power out of his John Deere 6130M along with rectifying some Adblue issues. John Deeres are one of our most common Tractors to Tune so we know how to unleash their true potential.

Vehicle - CAT D6 Dozer Location - Merthyr Instruction - Full Emissions Removal (Down Tier) A trip to Merthyr for this machine, suffering with persistent emission related issues. A bit of a different approach to this machine, instead of modifying the stock software we installed a genuine software version for the engine which didnt have any emissions components installed. Thus making them all redundant. Unlike a lot of other companies we can provide the Complete software and hardware modifications as a mobile service, at your work site.

Vehicle - Doosan DX63 Location - Carmarthen Instruction - Full Emissions Removal A trip to Carmarthen for this machine, continuously performing regens due to a overloaded DPF. We attended and carried out a Full Emissions removal, which involves modifications to the Engine ECU. While the software modifications were being made our resident HGV Technician proceeded to remove and hollow out the DPF. Unlike a lot of other companies we can provide the Complete software and hardware modifications as a mobile service, at your work site.

Vehicle - 2017 Mercedes GLC Location - Llanelli Instruction - Adblue Solution This customer was recommended to us from a local garage after having an adblue fault diagnosed as a faulty level sensor. (Over £1200 to have repaired) We were able to provide this customer with a permanent fix at a fraction of the cost, all completed within an hour at the customers home.
