Vehicle - CAT D6 Dozer Location - Merthyr Instruction - Full Emissions Removal (Down Tier) A trip to Merthyr for this machine, suffering with persistent emission related issues. A bit of a different approach to this machine, instead of modifying the stock software we installed a genuine software version for the engine which didnt have any emissions components installed. Thus making them all redundant. Unlike a lot of other companies we can provide the Complete software and hardware modifications as a mobile service, at your work site.

Vehicle - Doosan DX63 Location - Carmarthen Instruction - Full Emissions Removal A trip to Carmarthen for this machine, continuously performing regens due to a overloaded DPF. We attended and carried out a Full Emissions removal, which involves modifications to the Engine ECU. While the software modifications were being made our resident HGV Technician proceeded to remove and hollow out the DPF. Unlike a lot of other companies we can provide the Complete software and hardware modifications as a mobile service, at your work site.

Vehicle - Kobelco SK130 Location - Bristol Instruction - Full Emissions Removal A trip to Bristol for this machine, stuck in final derate with a number of ongoing Emission related issues. We attended and carried out a Full Emissions removal, which isn't a straight forward task on these machines. It involves software Modifications of the Engine ECU & Aftertreatment ACM. While the software modifications were being made our resident HGV Technician proceeded to remove and hollow out the DPF. Vehicle - 2017 Mercedes GLC Location - Llanelli Instruction - Adblue Solution This customer was recommended to us from a local garage after having an adblue fault diagnosed as a faulty level sensor. (Over £1200 to have repaired) We were able to provide this customer with a permanent fix at a fraction of the cost, all completed within an hour at the customers home. Vehicle - 2014 Land Rover Defender TD4 Location - Gower (Swansea) Instruction - Performance Tune Back down the Gower to one of our regular customers, no Tractor or machine this time, but a work horse none the less. These defenders are very flat and restricted from factory, but after some time with us we certainly made a fantastic difference. Improved overall performance and most importantly greater towing power!

Vehicle - 2020 Peugeot Boxer 2.0HDI Location - Llanelli Instruction - Adblue Solution A very common type of vehicle, which we come across on a weekly basis. We carry out numerous repairs and solutions on these vehicles. On this occasion this customer requested one of our adblue solutions after the dreaded non start count down became active.
